Serving amidst the pandemic

It seems that the coronavirus pandemic has left no corner of the world untouched. The country of Bolivia is no exception. In our interconnected world, even the most isolated communities are not immune from its effects. In fact, these remote communities are some of the most vulnerable.

In the midst of a country-wide quarantine, ITM has secured permission to continue humanitarian flights through our partner organization, Mano a Mano. Through these flights we have carried food, medical supplies, and personal protective equipment to communities and health care workers that lack the basic tools to fight and protect themselves against COVID-19.

Please pray for those who are suffering and who have already lost friends and family members to this virus. We also appreciate your prayers for our ITM missionaries and the local believers as they seek to meet the many needs in these remote communities that have few resources. Lastly, pray that Jesus would be lifted up and glorified, even in the midst of this trying time.
