Our team of pilots and mechanics supports the various ministries of ITM by providing transportation in areas of Bolivia where traveling by land and river can be dangerous and time-consuming.

Tony and joanna murrin

Tony and Joanna serve together as directors of field operations in Bolivia. Their role consists of teaching, mentoring, welcoming, and encouraging. Joanna’s hospitality for missionaries coming out of the jungle and visiting teams from the States is an abundant blessing. Tony has been a pilot for many years, reaching the unreached through his gifting and passion for aviation.

joRGE and BEATRIZ RIVAS

Jorge and Beatriz Rivas are a couple chosen by God. He is from Bolivia and she is from Mexico. They met in San Antonio, Texas. The Lord brought them together to work in His ministry. At the church where they were members, they served in many ways, from cleaning floors to teaching classes and leading groups. They have two adult children who are now independent. With more time available, their desire is to continue working for the Lord by going out into the nations. They will both be serving in the areas of aviation and administration. May God be glorified in everything.

Rick and Becca Bartmas

Rick and Becca live in the DFW area of North Texas. Rick is a pilot/mechanic and Becca is a nurse practitioner. They will be seconded to ITM from SIM and are preparing for ministry while they remain in the U.S.
